Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 5 minutes of talk time, no card. When they are used, the agent stops until you choose a plan.
What happens when I run low on, or use all, my minutes?
We email you at 80%, 90% and 95% of your minutes. When they run out, calls to your agent's number stop connecting until the next month or until you move up a plan. There are no overage charges.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on this page includes GST.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. Plans are month to month, you can cancel any time, and there is no setup fee. Enterprise is the exception: it is scoped to you and may include setup.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Use Manage plan in your dashboard to move up or down.
How much does Alony cost?
Plans are monthly, in Australian dollars including GST: Lite is A$49 for 100 minutes, Starter A$239 for 500 minutes, Growth A$549 for 1,200 minutes, Scale A$999 for 2,500 minutes. Enterprise is priced to fit. You pay the monthly plan price, not per call or per agent.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Every plan gives your agent its own Australian number (a mobile on Starter and up). To keep the number your customers know, forward it to your Alony number through your phone provider (Alony doesn't set the forwarding up). Porting isn't part of the plans. More on keeping your number.
