What connects
Alony connects to Cal.com and GoHighLevel on Growth and up, and does the setup for you. Paste your API key (plus your sub-account ID for GoHighLevel) and Alony reads your account and lists your calendars, event types and pipelines to pick from. With Cal.com, the agent checks live availability and books during the call. With GoHighLevel, it recognises the caller by phone number, books them into your calendar during the call, and logs notes, tags and follow-ups afterwards. Using another system? On Enterprise, or as a custom build, we can connect almost any system that has an API: ask us.

How a booking call goes
The conversation, and what the agent does in your tool as it happens.
- Jess: Coastline Air, this is Jess, the team's AI receptionist. Am I speaking with Sarah?
- Caller: Yes, hi. The ducted unit is making a grinding noise again.
- Jess: Sorry to hear that. I can get a technician to you Tuesday at 9:15 or Wednesday at 1:30. Which suits?
- Caller: Tuesday, thanks.
- Jess: You're booked for Tuesday at 9:15, and I've noted the grinding noise for the technician.

Integration questions
How do I connect GoHighLevel?
Paste your GoHighLevel API key and your sub-account ID into the Tools tab. Alony reads the sub-account and lists your calendars and pipelines, and you click the ones the agent uses. You never look up a calendar ID or a contact ID.
How do I connect Cal.com?
Paste your Cal.com API key. Alony lists your event types and you click the one the agent books. That's the whole setup.
Is my API key safe?
Your key is stored encrypted and never shown again, not even to you. To change it, paste a new one.
Which plans include Cal.com and GoHighLevel?
Growth (A$549 a month) and Scale (A$999). Lite, Starter and the 5-minute free trial do not include them.
Does the agent book while the caller is still on the line?
Yes, with both. With Cal.com it checks your live availability, and with GoHighLevel it finds a free time in your calendar. Either way it books during the call, so the caller hears that it's booked.
What does GoHighLevel do after the call?
It logs notes, tags and follow-ups on the contact after the call.
Can I connect another calendar or CRM?
Yes, on Enterprise or as a custom build: we can connect almost any system that has an API. Ask us. In the Tools tab, Cal.com and GoHighLevel are the self-serve tools. Starter and up can send call data to a webhook you set up, and every plan emails a summary after each call. Without a custom build, the agent books from the tool you connect and answers from your website or files.
Can the agent reschedule or cancel a booking?
No. It books new appointments. A request to move or cancel one becomes a message to you.
Where to go next
Paste a key. Hear it book.
Build your agent in a few minutes and listen to its first call. The trial is free, with no card. Booking tools start at Growth.
