Additionally, we use cookies and tracking technologies to improve your experience, analyse traffic, and enhance our services.

We use the data we collect to create and manage your account, deploy and operate your AI voice agents, provision and manage your dedicated phone numbers, display your call history, transcripts, recordings, and analytics, respond to enquiries and provide customer support, improve and optimise our platform and services, send updates, product news, or promotional content with your consent, and comply with legal requirements. We do not use your call recordings, transcripts, or business data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share data with service providers who help us operate our platform, including ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, Twilio for telephony infrastructure, Anthropic for AI language model processing, Supabase for database and file storage, Stripe for payment processing, and n8n for workflow automation. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

By using our platform you acknowledge that your AI agent may record calls and that you are responsible for ensuring all calls comply with applicable recording and telemarketing laws in your jurisdiction, including the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 in Australia. Compliance with these obligations is your responsibility as the operator of the agent.
